Visitors Guide

Hello and welcome to Destin West (DW) Bayside.  We stress Bayside because the condo's on the Bay side of Okaloosa Island are separate and distinct from the Destin West Gulfside (beach side) condo's. 

Destin West Bayside is comprised of four condo buildings, Pelican (1322 Miracle Strip Pkwy), Sandpiper (1324 Miracle Strip Pkwy), Heron (1326 Miracle Strip Pkwy), and the Osprey building (1328 Miracle Strip Pkwy).  The Community Association Manager (CAM) office is located in the Sandpiper building on the 2nd floor (L Button in the elevator) in unit L-08.  The "L" stand for Lanai.  The below is information related to Bayside rentals only.

For any issues within the condo or buildings, it is within the Landlords/Owners discretion to evict any Guest who does not comply with the rules or is determined to be a safety risk to the property, employees, owners, guests or themselves.   The same applies for the CAM in regards to the amenities and common areas.
